Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases you can simply send your items back to us. Items that you wish to return should be sent within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

A refund will be processed within 14 days from when the item(s) are received back to us but will usually be much quicker.

If you wish to return an item please contact us via email or phone to obtain a returns number. We won't accept any returns without a returns number.

When sending your items back to us you should:

• Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
• Address your items to us at Evergreen Nebulisers Ltd. PO Box 34, Wigan, WN3 6BX clearly displaying the returns number on the packaging.
• Post the item and obtain proof of postage. We advise customers to use a tracked service to return any items as we will not be held liable for any items lost in transit.
