Delivery Information

Due to the current level of unprecedented demand some of the couriers are experiencing delays on their usual services.

We ask that all customers are patient in this period of uncertainty.

If you provide us with an email address or mobile number with your order, the courier will use this, where possible, to provide updates on your delivery.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excludes weekends, UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) but could take a little longer during peak times.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. When selecting your delivery service, please ensure you take in to account the order processing time which can be up to 24 hours.

For orders which qualify for free delivery, we reserve the right to select the delivery service.

We currently only deliver to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Royal Mail Postage Services

A non-tracked, non-signed for service. Aims to deliver 1-3 working day after we dispatch your order.

Delivery Charges

All orders for nebulisers and batteries will be sent via Courier. Courier delivery is available on all orders for a small fee. The default service for courier delivery is Next Working Day. Weekend delivery is available at an extra cost to you. If you provide us with a mobile phone number or email address we'll pass this to the courier who will aim to provide you with a one-hour delivery window.

We work with multiple courier companies and we will select the most appropriate service for your order. We will take account of the date and time of your order as well as any supplementary information, such as traffic and courier availability.
