Goods which are to be returned must be posted back to us at your own cost. Goods must be returned in the condition they were sold including any packaging provided and unused. On return, a proof of postage must be obtained and it is the buyers responsibility to use a proper courier and suitable insurance for returns. Lost goods in transit cannot be refunded. If for any reason you are not happy with the goods please let us know via e-mail within 3 working days. All returned goods must be returned to us within 7 days from delivery at the address provided on the receipt for a refund. To arrange a return please contact us via e-mail or call us on 01942 701210 before sending the goods back to obtain authorisation. We will not accept any returns without prior notice. If you wouldlike us to arrange our couriers to collect the item from you a one off charge of £7.00 is payable for this service. In the event a return is arranged for items not required, a refund will be issued minus any carriage costs. You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods EXCLUDING delivery charges. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email . You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
